  • Day of Ceremony (Package Inclusions)

    1. Consultation: Meet with you before your wedding to understand your vision, goals, and requirements for your special day (1.5- to 2-hour meeting).
    2. Detailed Timeline: Develop a comprehensive wedding day timeline and share it with all the relevant vendors.
    3. Vendor Coordination: Obtain vendor contracts from you and meticulously review them to ensure no detail is overlooked. We'll also contact each vendor to confirm delivery dates, locations, and services.
    4. Rehearsal Assistance: Attend the wedding rehearsal to ensure all participants understand their roles and the flow of the ceremony.
    5. Ceremony Coordination: Coordinate all vendor set-up at the ceremony site to ensure your vision is flawlessly executed. We'll oversee every detail, from the placement of the guest book, programs, and altar items to the distribution of bouquets and boutonnieres.
    6. Reception Set-up & Coordination: Oversee vendor set-up and act as your spokesperson to fulfill all your wishes. We'll ensure tables and stage areas are arranged according to your floor plan and that the guest book, gift, place card, and cake tables are beautifully decorated. We'll also take care of placing favors, table numbers, and any other items on guest tables.
    7. Smooth Reception Flow: Work with the master of ceremonies or DJ to ensure your reception runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes coordinating the announcement of your arrival, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and other key moments.
    8. Final Payments & Gratuity: Handle the distribution of final payments and gratuities to musicians, caterers, photographers, and other vendors.
    9. Guest Comfort: Before guests arrive, we'll inspect restrooms and be on hand to greet any late arrivals.
    10. Gift Security: Safely secure all gifts with a caretaker of your choice.
